Every LUH user can log in to Indico with their LUH ID and password for WebSSO.
By default, each user will initially only be given permission to create conferences in the main category "Test". However, the conferences created there will be automatically deleted after one month.
The extended authorisation for the role "category administration" is assigned by LUIS upon request of the responsible FIO. The responsible category admin assigns the authorisation for the role "Conference management".
