Central IT services are provided by LUIS to support students and employees of Leibniz University Hannover.

New service: »Ticket System KIX Campus«

The »Ticket System KIX Campus« service is an IT service management platform for the administration of IT processes (incident, service request, IT asset and knowledge management). It enables efficient organization and provides the support.

New service: »electronic lab notebook«

With the »electronic lab notebook«, we offer LUH institutes an efficient tool for documenting and managing their laboratory work. In addition, a teaching version is offered for the event-related teaching of scientific methods.

New AI service: LUHKI

New AI service: LUHKI! Via the LUHKI portal, we provide all students and employees of Leibniz Universität Hannover with access to the latest GPT-4o model from OpenAI.

Short films: Introductions to IT awareness topics

We provide information on IT awareness in videos: "Why information security?", "Email security", "Workplace security", "End device security" and "Passwords". You will receive tips on the measures you can take to minimize the risk of security incidents. (07/2024)
